Help with getting fit

Hello everyone. I am a 20 year old woman who has a 13 month old baby and wants to get in shape. I need help in toning up my tummy. I was 65 kilos before i had my son and got to 83 kilos at the end of the pregnancy. I have been trying for the last year to get my stomace back to the way it was as now its like a bowl of jelly and wobbles when i walk. It looks horrible any tips to help me get thin again. I have tried a change of diet, walking of a morning and afternoon for 5 months and nothing has been happing if anything im looking fatter but not gaining anymore weight (thank god). I cant afford any program as im only on centrelink.

Hey there. :) My son is 12 months, almost 13 (in a few dayss. Anyway, I started doing pilates and yoga AGAIN when my son was 8 days old. It has REALLY helped... I did pilates and yoga before my son but I took it easy during my pregnancy. Do you get the Lifetime channel? I workout with Denise Austin. I record her show and workout when I can later in the morning. :) Feel free to contact me help or motivation!

Thankx for the advice it realy helped although i dont have paytv i will buy some dvd's when i get a bit of money up in the meantime im borrowing my dads tredmil. Thankx for the advice ..
