Do you cut coupons out of the paper? How much do you really save? Is it worth your time? We only get the Sunday paper because I like to look at the ads and cut out the coupons. My husband used to give me a hard time about the coupons, but it ends up saving us a lot. The last time we went to the store we saved $10, the time before $15. This is by using coupons for things we would have bought anyway. For us, it is definitely worth it. What about you?

I used to use coupons all the time but since I have been shopping at ALDI's I dont need them. The food is as good as major brand names and it much cheaper than I could get elsewhere using coupons.

I used to be so against coupon clipping before I had my little girl & now that I have her-- there are so many awesome deals out there that a person needs. My Mom saves her coupons for me to look through & I do save a lot on stuff each time I go to the store. The last time I went to the store I think I saved over $25 in coupons & it's such a good feeling to know that you can get good deals by just keeping an eye out for the coupons! It's definately worth it for us!

It is all about the value of your money. with coupons and rebates your money has more value. If you dont value your money you will end up wasting it. Use your savings toward some special thing like college education or vacation and you will find it exciting to do.

Which stores do you go to? Do you find they have everything you need?

I print off coupons from www.pigsback.com, the money I save I put into a tin, which normally gets me 1 large shopping a year (free)(kind of)

I usually only use coupons for baby stuff. I don't get the Sunday paper so I don't run across a lot of coupons. The coupons I use are worth it when it comes to diapers, wipes & such.

Where do you get your coupons from? I have found a few different places online that have them. On Gerber's website they sometimes have some.

I love using coupons. I am like you on Sunday I cut out all the coupons. And I usually end up saving a lot of money. And hey after a while it starts to add up. A dollar and dollar there and you are saving lots of money. My husband is the same way so we are both always looking for sales and using coupons.

I cut coupons out of the sunday paper, magazines and anything else I can find one. I tried using a couple of the online coupon vendors, but found they dont have coupons for the things I buy, or I can find cheaper by buying another brand. I shop where they double coupons with a $35 purchase up to 75 cents. Once in a while there are days where they will triple the coupons and I will visit the store a couple of times with coupons in hand. When I play the triple coupon game, I can get many items for free! My usual weekly savings are between $15 and $20 on $50 to $75 worth of groceries.

Sometimes I clip coupons out of the newspaper, sometimes I get them online, from the store or from friends. I have found that they are definitely worth my time. I have saved a lot of money using them, especially when I can combine a sale with a coupon on the same shopping trip.

I use coupons if I really want to buy something or if it's something I'd buy anyway. However, we usually buy store brand or go to ALDI. I work at Wal-Mart and on Sunday they dump like 50 papers into a buggy and wheel it into the lounge for us to dig through and occasionally I can get to some coupons before others have swiped them. My best buy was only some detergent for $1 with a coupon, because it was on sale for $2. I don't think I've ever saved big bucks. If we had more time to collect and more money, perhaps.

UPDATE: Just yesterday at work I had a lady come through with a total of $322 and some change, and then she handed me her coupons. Her bill went down to $275! Like I said I cannot even afford that big of a bill at the store but if I could I wish I had her coupon clippin' skills.

I have been using coupons for several years now. I just saved $35 dollars on my last trip to the grocery store. It's a lot of work organizing everything, but it's worth it. I just subscribe to the sunday paper also, just for the coupons, and for the fireplace. I also print off alot of coupons online.

I LOVE COUPONS! I have learned so much in the last year. I have been stockpiling items my family uses that i have gotten free or nearly free. You have to pay attention to sales and the coupons that come out in the papers. My last trip to Walgreens was super! Total before coupons was 189.46, after was 25.89!! I got sooo much stuff too!
