Thats a tough one, I guess a tie between USA and Food Network. I love all the law and order on usa, but they show alot of crummy stuff too. Food network is almost always good to watch.

I love Food Network and HGTV. BTW, Food network is not all cooking, although it is mostly cooking! I watch Fox and ABC some, too. Sometimes I watch Animal Planet and Discovery.
