definitely not. he always tries to make moves on pam but they aren't very successfull. he tried to give her the stuffed animal he won from that machine after working to get it the entire time they were at the bar...though pam kinda rejected it and told him to give it to his daughter. and he was really happy bout his date catching the boquet and then coming over and giving him a big kiss at the wedding.

I don't think so but like an actor he may play a lot of roles and it is a posibility that in real life to be gay. Who knows?

On the show? I dont know. Sometimes he sure acts like it, but then I think that he might be the only normal one on the show.

Toby is the HR guy right? If he is, he isn't gay on the show. He has a daughter and he once tried to put some moves on Pam. In real life... I have no idea.
