Have you tried loosing weight? What are the effective techniques that you did?

I ate boiled tofu 3 times a day, everyday. You can lose 8-10 pounds within a week. Don't sport ! The second week I ate vegetables and boiled fish or chicken. No fried ! Keep the carbohydrate, protein, calories and colestherol even.

Did you not get tired of eating tofu for a week? I mean I am not a tofu-fan...but would like to try it! I will try it and keep you posted! Thanks a lot!

steam meatballs with tofu is very great too! use a lean ground pork add with shredded carrots ,onions , garlic , soy sauce , salt & pepper to taste & beaten egg. add pieces of cubed tufo then steam. great when serve hot with toasted wheat bread or a little serving of rice. oatmeal for dieting too... oatmeal with low fat milk & fresh fruits for breakfast. bit heavier lunch of some steamed chicken or fish or grilled pork with steam mixed vegetable. dinner with oatmeal too with corn or chicken or tomato soup or some tofu menu. this is very effective for me. lots of water & fresh fruit juices too for the day! snacks of bites of saltine or granola bar or fresh fruit servings or some mixed nuts & raisins.
