I just wonder, do we get paid if we don't login 2-3 days but getting lot of responses to old discussion? Do you have any experience that you did not login but you got some responses to your old discussion and get paid for that.

I think it takes 3 replies to a post, then you get 1 point and no more at that for that discussion. You don't need to be logged in for you to get the points.

Truly, you get credit for your discussion having one response. You go not get credit for every response that you get. So, you probably do not get credit for it unless it was never answered. But there has not been a day that has passed for me that I have not logged in. LOL I am a myLot addict. LOL

Hmmmm that means for one discussion how much responses you are getting that would not affect your earning. It's only matter how much you are posting.

So if we are only getting paid for one response. and how many responses you have doesn't affect you .. Then why bother having a great discussion.... these people that post 100 discussions a day and get one response are probably doing better than others... if its based on quality and not quanity then that doesnt make sense. I do see that my points only go up with the first response...WEll i dont know

Who knows, you guess is as good as mine. I log in everyday, I have no idea how they come up with our earnings. Some days when I think I do good, I don't get much. Some days when I haven't done that much I do good. Its all confusing to me, I don't even try to figure it out.

I was thinking the same thing yesterday.. some people report that we get paid for all responses and some people say we do not .. some people say if we don't login we get zero and some say we still get some .. really confusing .. I think there must be some kind of monitory advantage in getting many responses .. it seems that people who get over 100 response for most of their discussions are the highest earners here.. I haven't been away for one day since I joined but I think that some earnings are delayed for about 24 hours so one should have a few active discussions and be away for a few days to be really able to tell.. I hope someone here with some experience will come and explain it to us..

In these days I'm not posting so much, but my earnings don't increase if I don't post. I've received some replies to my messages but my earnings don't increase. So the answer is not for me!

I can only speak for myself. I got quite a lot of responses to one of my discussions and I was so busy reading and leaving comments that I hadn't time to respond to other discussions. When I checked my earnings the following day, I found that I had made more money than ever, so maybe we are paid for commenting on the responses. Well, I surely must have been paid for this, otherwise, where did the money come from.

I don't think we get paid for discussions beyond the first reply .. which to me defeats the object of calling this a discussions web site as there is no real incentive to actually discuss things .. we just have a topic and a long list of folks who've replied .. so I'd assume that unless you actively make a new discussion or post replies to others discusions then you won't have done anything to get paid from ...

Sorry dear you don't get paid for getting responses. You get paid only for posting your discussions and replying to others discussions that to if you reply to some one's discussion more than once you wont get paid only for one reply for the same discussion and you wont get paid for replying to your own discussion.you get paid for uploading images too but some times they dont pay you for some images don't know why.

That is a good question - and frankly I have no idea about the answer. I once read somewhere here that as long as one person responds to your discussion then you will be paid - but I don't know for usre. Will be interested to read the replies here.

on someone's post one time i read that you get pay for response to your post, but they have to be atleast 10 or more response, which you have more than that almost on every post. i am not 100% sure, the only way you can find out is try it out yourself, but you may not make alot of money, hey you wont know till you try right? that is what people say.

Nope it does not work that way. We do not get paid or we do not earn from the responses that our discussions revieved except for the very first response. Mylot does not really pay those responses that we recieve and we only earn through responding and those images that we ypload that has some thing to do with the discussion. greetings. : )

I don't think we do. I've missed a couple days here and there and I didn't recieve anything for those days. I think you only get paid for one response. But, I'm not sure!

You know, I really do not know the answer to this questions. It is a very good one though and one I have asked my self many time. I am also confused as to how they come up with the wage/earning. If you do not get paid but for the first posting on you discussion why do it when you can just post? That just does not make sense to me, so I would think it would be on the content they posted and how many you recieved in a day. That would be logical, but hey who know for sure. I will continue viewing for other posts to see what they say.

I was going to say. One day i hardly posted yet earned a fair ammount. (well more than fair) That was the same day that i recieved like 10 replies to one of topics, which gave me the strangest feeling but made myself proud. (this might be lame to admit) i'm being honest, which you can't really fault. =) So personally i think you do get paid for more replies. after all oldbuddy or whatever his nick is, mentioned he earns from starting topics and keeping 'em going.
