Poverty problem in Africa, Is there a Hope?

Over the past years poverty has become one of the biggest problem of many places in Africa aside from AIDS. Efforts have been done in order to alleviate this problem but still no changes. There are a lot of people dying of sickness and children dying from malnutrition. People in this country really need help from other countries. But is still there a hope?
