Rahmschnitzel recipe?

I was wondering if anyone here might have a recipe for the German dish rahmschnitzel? My fiance had it while he was stationed in Germany years ago, and he has been dying to have it again ever since. I have found a few recipes by searching on google, but a lot of them are really different and don't seem to be the same as the version he had. Just wondering if anyone here has ever made it and might be willing to share their recipe with me so I can make it for my fiance. :) Thanks!!

rahmschnitzel?mmmmm!sounds good elisa,but actually I did not try that to cook yet,but Im sure you got tip already from other people that commenting you so goodluck!Hope you find one recipe that your husband like it:-)

I can see that you love cooking very much ! But I have no idea about your recipe for the German dish,because I am from China !:( And I have saw some hearty members share their recipes for you .But it seems I haven't taste any of them ever.:)
