Internet Lottery

I have yahoo, google and Msn email account. For the last three I have found the content saying I have won the Lotterry as I am truely and prompt email account with yahoo, msn, google.
In all the three email they have mentioned different loterry number and different people(Agent) to contact.
Can anyone tell me that is it SCAM doing under MSN, Yahoo and Google name.
Is there any way to complaint about the same thing.

DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!I also get the same e-mails over and over again,they won't stop. I went as far as giving my personal information at first only they find out that you need to send moeny in order to claim your prize. Go figure, it is a scam.

This scammer should be punished and a law should be strict against them

that is definitely a scam, please do not give any information especially when it comes to bank account and credit card.
beware of scammers, they are allover the web.
take good care of your finances and do not trust peeps that u really dont know...
