I spoke with the admin, was helpful but not that kind, he kept asking me if he can leave now and if my problem was solved.
This website must make a ton of profit! He said they only cost him about $6.

Now he is selling Virtual Credit Cards for paypal verifications and the prices are negotiable... Prices up to $18 USD depending on how good you are at debating! :D
