no its not good.and its not the way to become slim.if we skip the breakfast we eat more at r lunch time.so anything is the same.the best way is take food at regular times.avoid oily items and items bought from outside.and u just do meditation exercise so definitely u will get slim.

i don't think it is an effectve way to lose weight. Skipping breakfast leaves you feeling weak the whole day. It dulls your senses especially if you're working. I think it is better to skip dinner than skip breakfast when you want to lose weight.
