Skipping breakfast

I dont understand that why people skip their breakfast which is supposed to be the most important meal of the day just to reduce their weight. Do you think this is the right way to get slim?

Skipping breakfast to get slim is wrong method. The moment u skip it, u'll start to eat like crazy at lunch.

no its not good.and its not the way to become slim.if we skip the breakfast we eat more at r lunch anything is the same.the best way is take food at regular times.avoid oily items and items bought from outside.and u just do meditation exercise so definitely u will get slim.

i don't think it is an effectve way to lose weight. Skipping breakfast leaves you feeling weak the whole day. It dulls your senses especially if you're working. I think it is better to skip dinner than skip breakfast when you want to lose weight.
