Windows VISTA? Secured or not?

Well, i read a news paper today which said that it has the same lack of security features as of its predecessors. what do you think about it. & only 85% of the virus are blocked and othere 15% are malicious code. give your view about it. thx. Good day!

Windows Vista may be hailed as Microsoft's most secure operating system to date. But the platform contains weaknesses in its default anti-malware capabilities. What you said in your discussion is true. A free anti-spyware program, failed to block 84 percent of 15 of the most common spyware and malware variants.
