using fresh fruits is more healthy and you get all the benefits that your body need.No artificial flavors less calorie , and the best part when you make it you choose only your favorite fruits ex, you want apple ,strawberry,melon,banana your picks..

I agree with abednego7. What is your topic? Use fruits to make what? Are you referring to make salad using fresh fruits or make shake using fresh fruits? YOu have to clarify your heading my dear gigisexy. In as much as i wanted t share my thoughts with you, this heading of yours make me think of nothing. Goodluck!

Hiya pal I love fresh fruit and we eat a lot of it in our house . I have recently bought one of the fruit juicers that take the whole fruit and this is great as if the fruit is a day or 2 old it can be juiced , I try different ones together and they are lovely , I hope you are well and happy my friend xx

I wonder what is your topic heading for. You are stating of using fresh fruits... for what? I try to comprehend it and pertains it about eating. If that's what you mean, you're absolutely right that its best in our health to take fruits fresh because it contains pure vitamins and have no preservatives.

I always buy fresh fruit! I never buy canned fruit..No one in my house will eat canned fruit..And fresh is healthier for ya so,I don't mind buying the fresh fruit...I know it get all ate up...my kids and I are not picky what kind of fruit we love it all...
