How do you get Headache???

There are so many causes of headache. Can you list some as well as how to treat it? Different people get headache due to different causes like I get headache when I sit infront of computer for hours without taking rest in between. Or, I get headache when I listen Indian classical music for more than 2-3 hours. Or I get headache due to cold. I either go out in fresh air or go to sleep to get rid off headache. What about you? How do you get headache? What do you do to get rid off it?

I usually get headache when I am too tired or when I have done a hectic job.my mother is a patient of Migrane.

Many times my work causes headache. And many other times also like surfing on net,playing tricky games,talking to salesman etc.

Mine come on after hours of computer work and brain power drain and eye strain. LOL Running a business, family, home responsibilities, paying bills, when wouldn't these bring on a headache?
I usually try to ignore it but if it gets too bad I take an ibuprophen and cup of tea and go lay down in a dark, quiet room for awhile. That usually helps.

well i get a headache when i use mylot.com for more den hour or so. u keep on posting d messages and still d points remains as it. one of ma frnds has posted many hundered no of points but he has never earned anything. so i think this is a big headache whc one can get by usin mylot.com

I have kept a headache since 1986. I am on tons of meds and it is not fun. It also increases in intensity when I eat MSG or am around bright lights and loud noises.

I get headache due to cold or less sleep. What I do to get rid of it is I take rest if it was due to less sleep. If it was due to cold, I take medicines.

i get headache when i am too tired... and i know it... and the only way to cure it is by sleeping... that's all... nothing else...

I rarely have headache. Mostly when i did work without rest the next day i have severe headache. but i got relief within a day. So for me headache will occur when u concentrate on a work continuously without rest.
Am i right!

I hardly ever get headache.If I i got a headache,I just relax a bit and sometimes gone within an hour.So I didn't have much experience with headache! I am lucky!May be just because I am still young!

well i get headaahe when i go to crowdy place, i finish my job quickly and go to peaceful area to get rid of it or i get head ache when i study for a long time then i listen to my favourite songa to get out of it.
