Would you like the News on Mylot homepage?

I wouldn't like to see the news on the homepage. As I'm British I wouldn't have much interest in American news. Also I come onto the internet to escape reality, and if I want to know what is happening in the world I would go to the BBC site.

I wasnt thinking of american news..if you see..I did say "news" I was thinking like CNN or BBC or other that is world news:)+

I would not like to see the news on the homepage as it may or may not pertain to everyone and would take up too much space and would make it difficult to navigate through the site or possibly find certain things on here. The news is too broad and ranges from place to place. It would have to be world related to have any interest I think since there are people from all over the world on here.

Well if you read the topic it says news .not american, uk or australian..News in general..But hey .everyone has their tastes..I think just to come and post and not be able to see the news ..for me is why I don't make mylot my homepage..I do enjoy seeing the headlines on yahoo.
