do you eat eggs?

incredible? - isn't it incredible how densely nutrients are packed in a small egg? yes, it is really rich and greatly helpful to our body. do you eat it regularly? what are your comments on it?

do you eat eggs regularly, as part of your diet? do you like it? how do you eat it - poached, scrambled, omelette, ...? and, why do you like it? is it for the nutritional value, the taste, ... what is your reason? or, if you don't like eggs, why not? i like eggs, and normally eat it boiled or as an omelette with lots of onions and fresh coriander. and i eat it more for its taste rather than its nutritional value. what about you?

I eat eggs most especially chicken eggs...Aside from its nutritional value,I enjoy its great taste when paired with sandwitches and a cold drink. I prefer fried than boiled.

I eat eggs every now and then. My favorite is scrambled. But I also like it sunny side up with toast. I prefer either of these two. It doesn't have to spices, or onions, I'm fine with it plain.
