Have u ever been paid by a "pay for clicks" program?

I sometimes seriously doubt the trustworthyness of these programs. the pay rate is so slow that it would take ages to reach the payout amount. I think these guys r some of the cleverest on the planet. most pepole like me drop outmidway, But they do earn for all the clicks these people must hav made. Has any one of u ever been paid by such a site??? i would like to know how u managed it!!
