how can i relieve stress aside from taking medicines?

I have been in this situation due to my nature of job and the financial situation that I am in now and that was 5 months ago whre I could not eat nor have a proper sleep imagine for almost everyday I am working from 7:30 Am (get up earlier round 5Am) untill 7:00 in Pm getting to bed around 12:00 Am I was so tired and restless during that time till one day the community gym which is just opposite of my house opened up and for curiousity i tried to be a member,I started running for 5 min. walking on the clouds for 5 min and so on untill I realised of being happy and not to worry about those things that bothering me because you know as you exercise and perspire you are releasing toxins out of your body thus gaining some energy enough to get you going in everydays routine

Yes I can relate to that. How about taking a warm bath and a good massage before going to bed after a hard day work. Or have an ice cold drink. I'm sure these will work.

Dear friends, I have tried this before and i am doing it everyday for 23 years now. It really effective to reduce stress greatly. Do this for one week everyday and see the result. If it works for you carry on doing it everyday. Every morning after you get up say ALLAH very very laudly for as many time as you could and stop. Before going to bed at night say it again. It is nothing to do with any religion. It is good to take your aura photo before you start and take again after one week and compare the aura change. from allofus

I use to manage stress, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle stress.
