What is the ultimate gain of life ?????

In my opinion it is never money. To be truely happy is to realise that money is overated.

I'm pretty sure it's not money. I work in a nursing home and have been around countless people right before the end of their life and not one of them has ever said anything about money. They talk about family and the people they love. If it was really money I don't think anybody would have said this.

i think that it varies from person to person. its all about achieving ur goal that u have pursued day and night in ur dreams. this is what we call the ultimate accomplishment. this may be money for some, for some it may be a healthy family, for some it may be some sort of success in life etc. but i take it another way. i think that life is a journey and we all are travellers searching for one place or other. we can end up at the path but the journey never ends. so i don't think that there is any ultimate goal of life. if it would have been so then after the accomplishment of this ultimate goal one would end up his life as nothing is left for living. so have a nice day and enjoy life and whatever comes ur way.
