How's your relation with ur neighbours?

Relations with the neighbour not always good,so that was observed by me in the everyday life in and around me. There was the contiguous neighbour the house,that his house was so close,only was separated a land handspan,but the heart both of them so far,was envious of each other,hated each other ,discussed the weakness of the other person, and swore mutually in the heart. And strangely mutual smiles if meeting and greeting each other with word that'were good' and friendly,refined and polite words.
