In the beginning GOD created the heavens and the earth... What??

I have been trying to understand why God would create our planet with millions of dinosaur bones and fossil fuel? Did he fore see the need to gas up?

Wow,God know everything.But God have not give the balance in the world.There are lots fossil fuel somewhere,others is littler.
