Whether transportation is must for an organisation?

Any one feel transportation is must for an organisation? I feel its must, Because the employees of an organisation will have different thinking, lot of confusion due to heavy work efforts, So they loose concentration while arriving or leaving an organisation. So, i feel transportation is must. Come lets Share the ides with me.

I agree with you ,but if the comapny is far away from the city its quite usefull but what if the comapny is situated in city .It creates more traffic and makes more time to come come office and we dont have any flexible time to go home when we use that facility....reply me your views

Thanks for your reply? I agree with this. If possible its must for an organisation to provide the transportation facilities, Thats what i told about its dangerous created to emplotyees
