Do you know of a place online to call international cheap?

My fiance and I are apart and I'd like to find a website that offers inexpensive international calls. Only from a landline phone to another one. I've found a 10-10 type of number that offers $0.08 a minute. Is there any other websites with better rates that don't require you to switch your phone service?

Rates would depend on what country you are calling from as well as calling to. You can go on it and check out the rates.
