I don't understand my boss!

My boss is playing mind games with me. Will he fire me-or promote me? What should i do?

Just don't do anything against his will, but of course don't follow bad instruction. Or better yet talk to him, but I know it's not that easy to talk to your boss. Well just let it be that way, anyway he can't fire you girl.

I'd schedule a meeting with him to clear out the air. Tell him exactly what's on your mind and see how he reponds. If you like his response, then hang in there. If not, start preparing to move on. Lloyd

Find a new job immediately. Life is way to short to waste 40 hours each week with a person who treats you this way. I am sure there are other employers who would treat a good employee with the respect they deserve.
