yes i'm very conscious about my health and body now. i go jogging/brisk walking, and strength training regularly. i watch what i eat, making sure that i stay within my 1200-1500 recommended calorie intake.
i also started doing pilates last month to prepare for the up and coming swimsuit season. :)

thanks but believe me, i'm far from miss body beautiful. i just realized that my body is not going to make itself look better by itself so i must put in the extra effort.

I am staying fit and losing weight by working out 2 times a day..and by following the nutrisystem meal plan..I also eat 5 small meals a day and drink lots and lots of water..i work out with weights as well......
