is india's quality of standard of living will increase..?

hello
the days are passing through just like a missle and the standard of quality of some states in india are going a uncureable stage as like the stage of advanced cancer .
according to maslow need hirarchy, the security need is given importance but what to say in some state's this is not possible
to take an active decision please all mylot friends have to take a hand forward to help the peoples who were the sufferers of this.for this if anyone have a bettr idea please reply as a single and easiest step to develop the stanndard of living

i think that the living standard is still on a rise.
it is going to be improved in the coming years and i think that our country will be one of the top countries in the world .
but it will take time as the 70 % of the population is still in village and then it is hard to uplift the living conditions of such a large chunk of people.
it will take a lot of tim.
so i think that they will do this but it will take considerable time.
