Help! How can i Upload an Image?

Hi, i've tried so many times to upload an image but it seems that i can't. The only thing that comes out are the texts about entering the photo title, description, etc.. how will i be able to select a photo file from my computer and upload it to mylot?? Will anyone help me please?

THE IMAGE CARIXA FROM THE BROWSER THEN YOU PUT TITLE, IN THE THREE SECTIONS. In central section write PIù things e.g.. photo image 1 ... OK if not this scruvu does not psych it up test I used 1 week.
