Do you like to speak at the telephone? / myLot

Stay too much at the phone is very stressing. For my work, I receive and I have to make a lot of phone calls, but I really prefer to avoid some of them and send e-mails. Sometimes the phone call duration is also one hour, whit not only one person speaking from the other side (conference call). These calls are really stressing myself.

If i speak with my girlfriend or with my friend yes... i'f i speak with all rest of person no i don't like

I speak at telephone with my friends,no for work....I like it

I hate to speak for more than required particularly social calls. Whereas in business calls too, I rather send a mail with details or meet in person to convince rather than speaking over phone.

I used to talk for hours in the phone.. i knew its giving stress, but i dont have any other option, i have emails and things like that, but i cant express my feelings, caring to my friends or to my family as my wish.. so thats the only reason im prefering telephone
