Do U think that Dirk should have been a starter in the all star Game

Dirk should have been a starter in the 2007 nba all star game in Las vegas. I mean dallas has the best record in the NBA @ 37-9 and Dirk's assisst has gone up from last year and he has more double double's in points and rebounds at the moment than what he had last year at this time. Not to forget he is been the go to guy when mavs are in need of a win. Just look @ his 4th quarter performance he is avaraging 14 points in 4th quarter alone. I belive that he should have been a starter rather than T-mac or Yao ming who have been injured so many times this season and each have missed more than 15 games.

i totally agree with u..dirk deserve to be a starter in the all-star game...what did garnett and duncan do for their team???although they are the main option in offense...but look at dallas now.can garnett and duncan duplicate dirk's work for dallas now?? the mavs are looking for a spot in nba history and that is something, only great players can do.....^_^

Dirk should be in the starting five. But since the fan voted Duncan and Garnett as a starter, Nowitzki will play coming of the bench. But i think it's not a big deal for him, the important is he will play on the All-Star. And hope he played well and who knows he will be a All-Star MVP.
