personally i think he is abit confused, but mainly he is just camp and not full on gay...with peter for a dad, u really think stewie would be gay

true peter is very anti gay...so i dont think he is the kind of person to agree with having a gay son

i think stewie stewie is bi personally theres to many hints towards him liking guys for him not to be at least bi.
