DSL service

I have recently gotten high-speed DSL service but I am still getting disconnected, has this happened to anyone else? I have been in touch with the provider and they say that everything is working fine. Is there something that I can do on my end to stop this from happening?

At the office, where I work, we have the same problem, I get disconnected I think 30 or 35 times a day and it really pisses me up because it is not a cheap service and it should work fine...
When we get a fax, it instantly crashes.
The service guy came to see, but every time when they come, it works fine, it's like we are cursed :-)
The problem may be that we have 2 Pcs, 2 notebooks and 3 high capacity color printers on the same network... it remains a mistey

Like your self my service is not cheap. And it SHOULD work constantly but I only have one computer so I know it is not other machines causing the interfearence. I am just getting to the point where I am beggining to question if it was a smart move to go with dsl
