Has any one ever had this happen?

on my 250th post i responded to a discussion but it was only about 2 lines. when i clicked submit on the next screen my response total went down to 249. i didnt know what was going on. has this ever happend to anybody? and does anyone know why it would happen?

Most likely it was just a coincedence. You can lose points when someone's discussion is deleted and you have responded to it. Many times mylot deletes certain discussions that are against the guidelines. When this happens you will lose the point you made if you had responded to the discussion. That's most likely what happened. It just happened that mylot was deleting as you were adding..lol But don't worry it happens to everyone here on occaision. I hope this helps.

I have never noticed this before but my sister just had her's go down today but then it went back up a few minutes later . I have noticed that mine didn't go up at all though when I made and answer to a post and I never did get any credit for it . Not sure why this is as I always try to answer the best way I can and in detail .

I just recently passed 200 but I have not ever seen that happen. I'm not sure that I have been paying close enough attention to it though. Now that you say it happened to you I'm going to watch more closely!
