I need a new job!!!

I have no problems with my current job... except that I would never have a chance to move up in the company thus never getting a raise! I want something different that would allow me to move up! Have you ever been in this situation and what did you do?

Have you talk to your boss at work? If you look for another job, be sure to mention you are are hard dedicated working, interested in moving up with the company (makes you look like a motivated worker)

I know, but I don't see me advancing myself anytime soon with this job. I want to work somewhere where my hard work will pay off!
