Bankruptcy?

I know you posted this 2 months ago..So I wanted to post a responce since in the line of work I deal with people who have done a bk 7 or bk 13..and I had also filed bk 7 4 years ago...lets go over the types of bk there is bk 7..when all debts are forgiven and u don't have to pay back...bk 13 is when u are out on a payment plan for an the debts where negotatied at a lower payment..and then there is bk 11 which is for businesses...all bk are hurt because of the time the stay on your credit which is 10 years..but you can recover and rebuild your credit in good time...it is just a matter of knowing how and having the knowledge once you go threw the process..when i did my bk 7 it only took me a year to rebuild my credit and i am maintaining good credit now...that's because i learned about it...when i started i had a 5 something credit score and now that i have managed my current debts by keeping them at or below 30% i now have a 7 something score.....so the bk for me helped my situation because at the time i had so much debt and was making very little income....
