Fresh vegtables

Want to see if lettuce is fresh ? look at the bottom. Check to be sure the stem is white, not brown.

This is a good advice. I just came from the supermarket and my lettuce is in the plastic and with the brown end. ;)

We grow tomato, onion and drumstick as of now in our garden I love carrot and ladies finger very much I love eating veges it very good for health and i take them regularly

Ok that is good to know, I have noticed all supermarkets sell their lettuces in sealed plastic and I watching a chef on TV the other day and he said never to buy fruit and vegetables in plastic, I never know what is good or not....
