Oh my.Tonight's American Idol looks to be interesting. The guy thought he was a kitty.No,I'm sorry , a panther. LOL I think this guy really believed he was awesome. What do you think possess a person to carry on like that?

Who knows what makes someone act that way. I thought it was hillarious though. Sad thing is I could tell he had a nice voice if only he would have used it instead of hiding it behind the panther act.

The weirdiest part is I don't think he thought he was being funny. He was saying something about that was who is, a panther. Maybe the judges needed to offer him some catnip and a ball of yarn to tame him. I'm not so sure about his voice.What I could hear around the bizarre noises, really didn't sound good to me.

LOL, the catnip may have calmed him, LOL He was really strange and it did appear that he firmly believed he was a panther. I did hear a voice there, but he kept doing weird noises which made it impossible to get a good enough listen to say he could do anything with it. He certainly will never do anything with it as long as he is acting like that though.

I could tell before he started with the panther stuff that he wasn't really 'all there'. When he started going on about being a model, musician, and all sorts of other things...and staring intently into the camera ... my husband and I looked at each other and said 'Uh oh. This guy isn't sane'. He was worht a chuckle though.

Did you hear what all he said? He said that he was a kitten or something like that when he was 13 years old. So, this sure isn't some phase he is going through.

I love watching the reaction of the judges. This year has brought some really strange ones out. A panther? I actually thought he might be able to sing.

It takes all kinds of people to make up this big,fun, strange, happy, sad place we call our world...but honestly, I think maybe he was a visitor on this planet....lol..wow....he certainly doesn't lack self confidence..he believes in himself..these are the things we try to instill in our children...minus the panther antics and the weird noises, the bad bandana,and the horrific dance moves...he wasn't bad.....lol

You are correct. He did have alot of self confidence. Maybe he would have been better off if someone would have explained that he wasn't a feline. I think the dance was suppose to be his prowling.

LOL Do you think he really acts like that all of the time? Could you imagine having someone act like that all of the time? I don't know if I would laugh or be scared.

Oh my gosh! That was just too funny! What a way to start off that show too! Me and my husband were laughing our butts off when we saw that. I don't understand either, what in the world is going through their minds?!

I first thought he was trying to be a Prince kinda guy. But then the roaring and crawling started......I think the better question is, what possesses the judges to let it continue?? I think they really enjoy embarassing people. Some of it makes me quite uncomfortable I feel so embarrassed for them, but geez...I continue to watch!! As to your question...they're freakin nuts!!!
