My two bosses are falling apart..... Help!!!

We are only 3 people in our department in the office. I have 2 bosses and they are having a hard time these days. You know what I mean...GAP... I'm the one in the middle and I want them to be ok. As in go back to the old days that they have harmonious relationship. One of them ask me what to do. The only advice I gave her is to talk to the other one and try to tell her what's in her mind and what she feels about her. Any other suggestion or advice that I can give her? or do you have any idea what shall I do for them to back to those old days?

Never indulge your self into that kind of situation. Just concentrate on the job that you do. And do it professionally. There must be a grievance committee to handle the issue. Don't be affected by it and enjoy a peaceful life.

Oh thanks for that very brilliant suggestion. I am not affected by their fight, eventhough I always feel the tension inside the office whenever they're both there.

Look for a time machine and go back in time. Joke only! Seriously, the best way for them is to have a very long conversation. Try to invite your two boss in a dinner and you should start about the topic but in gradual until they would realize all their mistakes and eventually apologize to each other and kiss and make-up with one another.
