2006 TRX 450R Recalls

I know there is a recall on the ball joints because Honda sent me a notice in the mail. Someone else told me there was a recall on the throttle. Is this true because my throttle got stuck racing up Oldsmobile in Glamis. I shut it down right away and haven't had a problem since.
