do you have any helper around the house (maids)?

i got two just this january they are cousins and they eat so much specially when they are together so i decided to give up one of them but the one i've given up was rejected by my sister in a week time and so she transfer to another house but then she was also rejected after 3 days and now i don't know where she is. i really don't know why she's being rejected... but if it's your maid would you hire someone who doesn't do the job right and just kept on playing around and doesn't treat you as her boss please give me some advise so i know what to expect?

we have no maids in our house,we do all the household chores, my husband and i are helping each other in everything that we do,
if he has time he take care of our only son,and while the baby is sleeping he also wasing clothes.
and if iam at home i do the cooking and cleaning th e house,and take care of the baby at the same time...we are happy doing things because we love each other.

Of I would not hire someone like that. The reason I'm hiring a helper is to "HELP" me in doing the chores. Im not saying that she is going to be a slave, but you are hiring a person to somehow eleveate the current situation you are in. But if by chance that I accidentally somebody like that, my first option would be to talk to her diplomatically. Ask her why she is acting like that and compromise. If at the end of the specific date she still doesn't behave good that would be the time to let her go...
