Dead beat dads and mons

They should have their wages garnished. But, I think the mothers should be forced to let the fathers see their children, or vice versa. There are a lot of victims when it comes to the divorce BS. I dont think a mother or a father should interfere with reasonable vidsitation, and they should not be allowed to interfere in a loving relationship with a child.
