If you were an employer and you had 3 applicants 1graduated from regular/conventinal college, 1 graduated from on line college, and the 3rd one was self-taught with yrs. of experiance. Which one would you hire? and why pass on the others for that one ?

Well, it depends on the position i am requiring. If it is highly technicals and need professional job say white colar job, I still prefer number 1 graduated college from regular/conventional college. The principles and wide scope of knowledge were being thought in college and the job is its field to let them explore and apply what they had been thought in college.

I would love to prefer the 3rd one except he and myself is able to come on one solution after having discussions on various subjects.
