I have been fooled by an autosurf program!

I have joined surfjunky because they say that they pay big cash but when i reach the minimum payout amount they said that i have violated some rules. Then i find out that many people have been fooled by this site. i hope you wouldnt join this site. What would i do to stop this site from working?
