morning walk - morning walk- the best exercise

morning walk ti the best exercise. and all of us should go as there is fresh air. i have noticed that the people who go for a morning walk feel fresh the whole day long. it will boost up your energy. i go for moning walks how many of you go? do you feel the same?

I too prefer morning walk. Pollution free, less traffic and we will be less tensionable. The whole day I feel energetic.

A morning work refreshes your mind. The cool breeze in the morning is filled with freshness and I feel like taking in a lungs full. I have done it a lot in my student life. I remember,my father used to call me up every morning, for it. But unfortunately now a morning has become very expensive in my life. My work does not support it. I have to start for office at 6 am in the morning to reach there by 8:30am. So friend it is no more possible for me.

its not that much compulsory that every one should go for morning walk.....there r many other ways that u can maintain ur fitness.....y to waste time unnecessarily doinn alll those instead u can enjoy doinn yoga or better go to sleep

I fully agree one should go for morning walks as one gets refreshened by breathing fresh air in the morning, and going for walks is simplest form of exercise too. Besides it calms one's mind, relaxes one, and one looks forward to start the day on postive note. Besides one gets to see sunrise and there is peace in surroundings too. though i admit i haveen't been regular with mywalks these days as it was winters here but i would surely start going for my walks now as it is good habit to have.

ya i feel the same . everyday i go for morning walk. its a good exercise . i like walk on the grass .

Oh yes it is wonderful to go for a walk in the morning when the air is fresh, if you live in a nice area which is not polluted, also when you do this you will then feel like a nice healthy breakfast. I agree with you

I will not do morning walk at all,because my college bus starts at nearly 6'0 clock.then how can i walk.but in holidays daily i used to go to jogging,It is best for health also.

Any type of exercise boosts energy levels throughout for the rest of the day. Walking is just one of many means to an end. HIgher intensity training and running is even better since it releases endorphins.
