why?

Because Paris is considered the fashion capitol of the world. Even before the 2 World Wars, Paris was considered the fashion capitol. designs created and "shown" in Paris trickle throughout the world. more so than say African or Chinese designs do. Paris fashions are usually not ceremonial or religious in foundation. and that alone means that bits of styles can be meshed with most others, without an obvious clash. huh, hope that makes sense! lol

at one instance i guess almost all people there are capble of being a model. thei characteristics are model like. IMO :)
