no i dont feel jealousy whenever my friends get win . i feel proud . and i learn something to my friend .

No. A true friend is happy with his/her friend achievement. Here in our country we called it crab mentality, we are tying to pull down somebody when it is up because we are so envy about his achievements and that is not a good sign of being mature as an individual. I always do support and celebrate with what my friend achieved.
