have u ever had a car accident

As a matter of fact I had an accident last October. A motor bike crashed into me, they're crazy here. The rider hit my passanger side door, shattering the window, and finished up crashing onto, and smashing my windscreen. The rider was on a friends motorbike, which was neither registered nor insured, he had been drinking, didn't have a license, and wasn't wearing a helmet. Furthermore, although it was 9.30 PM, and dark, he didn't have lights, but the police decided I was at fault because he was on the major of the two crossroads. My insurance had to pay for his hospital expenses, as well as the repairs to his friends motorbike. Work it out.

Yes and No, A car smashed up behind me, hit the spare wheel carrier on 4WD , I got a little scratch on bumper and his car was smashed in to the windscreen.

I;ve had several, but only ONE was my fault. I've had people run red lights and hit me, make illegal left turns and hit me. Once, I didn't see a red light because a tree branch was in the way, and that one was my fault. But what I learned was to NEVER drive a red car again. That thing got hit all the time. You'd think people would notice a red car and try NOT to hit me so often!

Knock on wood...it has been 17 year since my last one. Wasn't my fault...I was rear ended and my car was totaled. Thankfully I was alone and I wasn't injuried.

I have never had an accident been in a few but I was not the driver I have been very lucky when it comes to driving I do it very carefully and no that it is everyone else I need to watch out for as they can cause accidents I had a guy hit me even though I was going backwards in my lane because he was looking at pigpens and was on myside of the road when I seen I threw it in reverse but that didn't stop him.

I had one a few years back. I was stationary at some traffic lights when a young girl hit me from behind ramming me into the car in front of me. It was touch and go for a while whether the insurance company would repair it or payout the insurance on it, there was over $10,000 worth of repairs. Every panel exept the roof needed to be replaced. The girl's excuse for hitting me, 'she sneezed and did not see me stop' yeah right!

i wouldn't exactly call it an accident...more of my clumsiness but nothing major. Just gt a huge bump on the front panel of the car. hehe, and it was my fault. =)
