Yes, I like to eat vegetables. Specifically me & my other half like to eat carrots, celery, broccoli & pre-packaged salad just to name a few. If we didn't include them in our diet we'd be severely low in certain vitamins & minerals. These are important to maintain a healthy immune system & circulatory system I find. I actually enjoy having vegetables prepared in more than one way. If I had to choose, for broccoli it would have to be prepared in cheese sauce. I love broccoli cooked that way. Usually I'll boil or steam carrots for something different as a side dish for dinner. Even if I just cut up a few stalks of celery, some carrots & cut up some cucumbers & serve them with some ranch dip, that makes for a healthy & nutritious side dish or appetizer.. At least this is what I have found! . . Also.. I'll always end up cutting up green onions & carrots for my chicken noodle soup. They add a nice texture & flavor to the soup I make. I actually use onions in a lot of dishes I make as well. When my other half & me make home-made perogies we usually won't fill them with potato & bacon...It's gotta be sauerkraut. My other half loves having them that way when I make them... Sometimes since we both love onions.. He'll also sautee onions for the toppings we put on the perogies. Personally, I like to have freedom to create new & interesting vegetable dishes. Sometimes when it comes to vegetables we've sometimes bought those pre packaed stir fry meals. There was a time where these we're starting to get boring so I started making some of my own. I used to boil broccoli, carrots, celery, & a few other vegetables. And then sautee them in some soya sauce or teriyaki sauce.. And I'd also fry some chicken but also stir fry meat with the vetables as well.. And then I'd serve all of this over top of some rice.. It tasted even better then having to buy the pre packaged stir fry meals. By doing it this way.. Then you could add whatever you'd like to a dish such as this one.. It was not only healthy, but rather tasty as well! In conclusion.. There are a lot of different vegetables that I do like.. And I love how there is a variety of different ways that you can prepare them.. Thanks for allowing me to share! xx

I am not into all vegetables. I dont like egg plant, rutabegas. My favorite is sweet peas right off the vine with a little butter. I really like corn alot. I could eat it just raw. But I also like it just slightly boiled with a little bit of salt and butter. Just recently I had corn grilled in the greens, and after shucking it, it was dipped into butter. Just mouth watering good.

I love to eat my veggies. I love corn, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, carrots, sometimes brussel sprouts (they need to have like a cheese sauce on them).

I like all kinds of veggies. But I have to admit green veggies are my favorite. Kids learn to eat what their parents eat so if you serve veggies along with your entrée they will eventually eat them as well. I learned to hide vegetables in foods that my kids would eat. Like adding carrots in with candied yams, or adding cauliflower with mashed potatoes, or adding broccoli with mac and cheese. Once they get used to eating them they learn to like them as much as we do.

I love veggies. I eat mainly raw broccoli, carrots, celery, anything I can dip into homeade blue cheese or ranch dressing. I eat celery with peanut butter or cream cheese on the stalks. I like fresh green beans sauteed in a pan with garlic and butter and mixed with chunks of potatos. I like Brussel Sprouts, Lima Beans, Corn on the cob, Sweet baby peas and any kind of lettuce for salads. I guess you could say I would eat them all. Oh and summer squash, yum, I eat that raw. Every kids I am around eat veggies. Eggplant parmesean, stuffed green peppers, broccoli and cheese. Lots of ways to cook them to make them appealing to kids!

I do like my vegetables.I like most all that I have ever been given the oppertunity to eat. There are some that I like better than others. Squash is one of my favorits along with ssweet potato. Most of the people that I know like to put sugar on them but I like mine with butter and salt and pepper. I like a lot of green vegeatbles too. I don't care for a lot of different sauces on them I like most of them with just butter and salt and pepper.

I love most vegetables! I love brussel sprouts, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, green beans, turnip, tomatoes, zucchini, any squash, carrots, onions, potatoes, bok choy, lettuce, spinach (fresh). I will not eat beets, lima beans, asparagus. I could live on veggies. My best meal is a huge bowl of mixed veggies or a veggie soap.

yes i like eating them.i eat almost all vegetables available at my place. Vegetables are eaten in a variety of ways as part of main meals and as snacks. The nutrient content of different types varies considerably. With the exception of pulses, vegetables provide little protein and fat. vegetables contain water soluble vitamins like vitamin B and vitamin C, fat-soluble vitamins including vitamin A and vitamin D, and also contain carbohydrates and minerals.
