I would definately contact the website directly and then maybe even contact law enforcement to press charges. That could be really damaging to your reputation

I think first you have to confirm that it was your boy friend who did it then you have to sue him and you have to contact Hi5 to remove it.

Contact your local police department. This is actually a form of cyber bullying! This is a chargable offense. Good luck!

This is a serious matter. Do lodge a formal compalint with the local police station. Now-a-days there is strict law agaisnt this of activities.

It isnt a crime if he owned the pictures and you shouldnt allow him to own them If he took them without your knowledge you would have to prove it
