I love things that are served flamed, do you?

When I go to restaurants to eat, I order dessert that are flamed. Like crepe suzette. When I go out to drink, I love shooters and I only order those that are flamed like B52s and Flaming Lamborghinis.
I don't know what isit about food that's served flamed. I find that they're beautiful and by default, delicious.
Does anyone else like flamed food/drinks/dessert? What else have you tried?

I like that as well - makes the dish seem more sophisticated when the chef brings the dish out to you with fire coming from it! Doesn't really make it taste any better, but I love the presentation!
