Any lawyers able to give advise on a Florida resident who got a rather high reading on brathalyzer in Georgia? My Georgia lawyer is rather vague on what will happen to me in Florida. He doesn't seem to realize than other than jail, I really don't care about the other state. He advised to let it stretch out as long as possible so there is the possibility of any suspension being retroactive to the original hearing date, it is now going on 6 months since the first hearing, and 10 months since the incident. I'd appreciate any and all responses, except haters and MADD, etc. I know what I did was wrong, and I am ashamed and it has never and will never happen again.
